Fees & Payments
We try very hard to structure our fees to be lower than the area average. There is always a discount for treaments paid in full… up to 10%, and we always try to offer discounts and incentives at the first visit that can lower your fee even more.
We welcome second opinions, and it doesn’t matter if we are the first or the last visit that a patient makes. We just encourage our patients to check us out! We have no surprises tucked away in our fee schedule, either. We try to explain everything in the beginning… including the $338 diagnostic fee and the $676 retainer fee that are both included in the total fee!

Probably the best part of our fees is how we make monthly payments affordable.
Our down payment for full treatments is always zero. We recognize that large down-payments are difficult for many people to make, and we feel that they should be reserved for purchases like homes or college educations.
Although the monthly payments range comfortably from $169-199, that amount can be reduced even further when insurance is applied. The first payment is due at the “start of treatment” appointment, the first appointment after the separators are placed. There are no surprises… we try very hard to answer all questions at the beginning to avoid misunderstanding or confusion.
Orthodontic fees can range from $4000 up to $7600 depending on treatment options. We offer many financing options, affordable monthly payments, and early treatment programs (without braces) that can be very helpful with growth problems and have even lower fees.

We are committed to making your insurance work for you (not against you,) so we will help by calling your insurance company to pre-qualify your benefits for you. We’ll also help you fill out and file all the necessary paperwork, whether or not the insurance company pays us directly. Of course, we will accept all insurance payments from companies that are willing to pay us directly.
We don’t want there to be any surprises… we’ll be involved in the treatment process together for a year or two, and we want it to be something you can smile about!.

The States of Arkansas and Oklahoma provide orthodontic services for young people in their respective states through the ARKids First and the SoonerCare divisions of the Medicaid program. Arkansas Orthodontics is pleased to provide service for those of you who have this type insurance.

The brochure is rather long and detailed, but the information there is very very important. You will want to review it carefully before you come to the office because it will help you understand the details of a very busy visit. It is important to remember the qualification process for Medicaid, ARKids First and SoonerCare is complex and difficult. Not everyone can qualify for the service. Our fees are among the very best anywhere in the country. If you do not qualify, we will try very hard to find a payment plan that you can work with. Don’t give up!
