The entire team at Arkansas Orthodontics is committed to completing two central goals regarding the operation of our practice. Because we honor each person as a valuable human being, we want to honor the value of the time that they have invested in their orthodontic treatment as well as the personal and financial commitment it takes to complete that treatment. As a result, we treat each person with dignity and respect. We also commit ourselves to closely adhering to our appointment schedule and keeping our fees reasonable.
We promise to provide each patient with a “no surprises” environment. We will try hard to explain everything up front, provide written confirmations, and remain available at all times for questions. In this regard, we ask you to show respect for our team as well. First, if you miss an appointment, please provide us with 24 hour notice. Good appointment keeping is the cornerstone of our mutual respect. Second, if you have breakage (no matter how close to your appointment time) please give us the courtesy of a call as quickly as possible so that we can set up enough time to repair that breakage plus perform the regular adjustment.
And last, please keep in mind that we also expect to be treated with dignity and mutual respect by all of our clients. No loud, rude, abusive, sarcastic or threatening behaviors of any sort will be tolerated from any patients or parents. Please treat our team with the respect and civility that you expect from them.
